Instructions for Filling the Participation Application Form

1. Selection of Scientific Activity

Select only ONE scientific activity. Multiple selections are not permitted

2. Personal Information

Pakistani applicants must provide a valid CNIC number.

3. Contact Information

• Provide an active phone/mobile number and a valid email address.
• All official communication will be conducted through the provided email address.

4. Educational Background

• Please provide complete and accurate educational information.
• Detailed academic information will assist the selection committee in the final evaluation, as a large number of applications are received.

5. Relevance to Selected Activity

• Provide a concise summary (maximum 50 words) covering:
• Work carried out during the last five years, and/or
• Current field of interest
• Include the most relevant publications, if available.

6. Seminar / Poster Presentation

• Poster presentation is compulsory for students. No student participation will be allowed without a poster presentation.
• Other Applicants opting for seminar presentation will be given preference in the final selection.
• Clearly mention the title of the seminar/poster.

7. Abstract and Recommendation

• Students must attach:
• Abstract of the poster
• Recommendation letter from the Supervisor or Head of the Department
• Applications from students without these mandatory documents may not be considered.
